Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means your artwork has been added to my production and packing schedule.

• Prints are made to order and require production time before shipping.

• Original paintings are packaged by hand to ensure safe transit.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Typical delivery windows:

• Within Canada: 3–10 business days

• USA: 7–21 business days

• International: 2–6 weeks (varies by region)

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

 

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada (including the US and international destinations) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes once the shipment arrives in your country.

These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

I do not cover or reimburse these fees.

(If you ever want me to include a rule for framed prints or special carriers, I can add that too.)

 

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will automatically receive a notification with your tracking number.

You can use this number to check delivery progress through the carrier.

If you have not received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please reach out through my Contact Page and I will look into it:

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 Days using the contact page above and include:

• Photos of the packaging

• Photos of the damage

• Your order number

I will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost, submit an inquiry through the Contact Page and I will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
